About

Meet Esther

Growing up in a home where people were always coming and going, gathering was simply part of life. Someone was always stopping by, something was being served, and the table was always ready for whoever came through the door.

Years later, I found myself creating that same feeling in my New York City apartment. From dinners that turned into long evenings to surprise celebrations, there was always a reason to bring people together.

Slowly, those intimate gatherings grew beyond my own home. Soon, I was bringing entire events to life—the flowers, the food, the tables, and all the details that make an occasion memorable.

How far in advance should I reach out?

For weddings, we recommend reaching out 12–18 months in advance, particularly during the busier seasons. But a shorter timeline doesn't necessarily mean fewer possibilities. We've brought beautiful celebrations together with much less time, so don't hesitate to reach out, even if your date is approaching

Do you plan events outside New York City?

Absolutely! While Esther & Co. is based in New York City, we're always open to bringing celebrations to life in new places. Whether you're planning something close to home or somewhere across the world, we'd love to hear what you have in mind and explore the possibilities together.
